Our well-documented protocols and procedures, combined with ongoing personnel training, ensure quality awareness throughout every facet of our daily operation. JACKSONFILL adheres to current Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines (cGMP). Our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are reviewed and updated regularly to maintain compliance with a variety of industry guidelines, requirements, and specifications regulated by the Food & Drug Administration, OSHA, and the EPA. Your trust in our manufacturing process is ensured through regular internal and third-party audits.

JACKSONFILL has a full-service R&D team ready to formulate targeted product solutions for your specific business needs. We know what it takes to formulate, design, and launch a successful product. In addition, we can reverse engineer existing formulas in your brand portfolio.
Manufacturing
Our flexible batch sizes range from 550 to 7500 liters (about 350 to 2,000 gallons) and order sizes can be as low as 2,500 pieces. We can run test batches in hundreds of pieces. All batches are made using highly purified water that has been through multi-stage treatment within our facility. We use lean manufacturing processes to keep your costs low. This includes direct batch-to-fill lines as well as high-output multi-head fillers.
Packaging
We interface regularly with producers of innovative packaging and components particularly suitable for the delivery of hair and skincare products. Our customers can supply packaging, we can direct you to suppliers or offer turnkey solutions.
